1. DELIVERY
1.1 Delivery Times
We make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes. Delays may occur in UK
manufacturing or international transit. Delivery windows are estimates only.
Production begins once deposit is received. Rescheduled deliveries may incur storage fees.
1.2 Delivery Process (U.S.)
White-glove delivery is standard: in-room placement, basic assembly, packaging removal.
Inspect items with the team present. Visible damage must be written on the delivery receipt and
photographed. Issues reported after acceptance are handled as warranty claims.
If items do not fit through access points, redelivery fees apply.
Keep packaging for returns; replacement packaging costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. PAYMENT
50% deposit required for all orders; 50% for custom items is non-refundable.
Balance due before delivery is scheduled.
Credit card, ACH, and wire accepted.
3. SPECIFICATION & QUALITY
Furniture is handmade in the UK; dimensions may vary by 2" or 3%.
Natural leather variations are expected and not defects.
Cushion softening, pleat movement, and fading from light are normal.
COM/COL materials must meet U.S. flammability standards.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, with packaging and
tags intact.
Delivery and service fees are non-refundable. Customer pays return freight.
Custom/bespoke orders, COM/COL, and made-to-order goods are final sale.
Damage discovered after acceptance is a warranty matter, not a return.
5. WARRANTY
One-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions include: wear and tear, leather natural variation, cushion settling, fading, humidity/pet
damage, cleaning chemicals, COM/COL, commercial use.
Company may inspect, repair, replace parts, or replace the item at its discretion.
6. IN-STOCK ITEMS
In-stock pieces may be ex-display or returns and are sold as-is, free of major defects.
7. TITLE & RISK
Title transfers upon full payment.
Risk transfers at delivery.
8. LIABILITY
Nothing limits your rights under U.S. consumer law.
No incidental or consequential damages.
9. PRIVACY
We follow U.S. privacy practices. We do not sell or share personal data. Information is used only for
order processing and customer service.
10. WEBSITE & IP
All trademarks, images, and content belong to the Company and may not be reproduced without
permission.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
Late payments accrue 4% above U.S. Prime Rate.
Notices must be in writing.
Invalid sections do not affect remaining terms.
No third-party rights.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
